The campus recruitment programme aims to meet the increasing demands of the business houses by providing resources that are valuable on two different counts, firstly in embodying new knowledge and skills and secondly, in exhibiting fresh outlooks, awareness, interests and approaches. The process takes place in the month of November wherein the companies from diverse sectors evaluate the students before committing to a permanent hire.

Lateral Recruitment Process
This is a process especially designed for candidates who have prior work experience. We believe that students with diverse work experience in different functional areas coupled with sound academics would add value to the organizations. These candidates are normally selected directly to hold managerial positions. It is a spread out process during the months of December to February.

Live Projects
Live projects are the integral part of the course curriculum to introduce them to real business situations. Students are placed in various industries for 10-15 days under the supervision and guidance of respective industry personnel. The faculty carries out monitoring and evaluation regularly.

Industrial Visits organized by the Institute:
1. Mother Diary Processing Ltd., New Delhi
Apart from exposure to the technology of micro-processor based process automation functions for high quality performance, the students gathered the much needed knowledge about handling cold-chain products like milk, butter, ice cream etc.
2. Parle Biscuits Pvt. Ltd., New Delhi
Biscuits are one of the most widely distributed products in the country with one of the deepest market penetration levels. Biscuits are also one of the most fragile products transported throughout the country with high levels of damages. The fully automated plant helped our students to understand the product/packaging strategy used by the company to minimize damages, targeting all segments of the Indian market. Students also got an insight into the marketing strategy of Parle.
3. Moser Baer India Ltd., Greater Noida
Moser Baer happens to be the first company in India to manufacture and market Blu-Ray Discs and Hi Definition DVDs. Recently the company has diversify its business into areas like Solar Energy, Home Entertainment and IT Peripherals and Consumer Electronics.
