The current times are times of stiff competitions and joining a particular course and procuring a degree pertains to fulfillment of mere eligibility and not suitability for a job. Anybody who completes a management course does not deserve a job only because he has a pass certificate. He or she would require a lot of skills which are essential to gain as well as retain employment.
At SRIRAM the focus is equally on enhancing the suitability along with the eligibility. Employability skills training modules are integrated into the curriculum from the very first trimester.
