The Rainbow
The Guru and his disciples.
On the foothills of Himalayas, lived a Sage in his Ashram along with his disciples. One day, a peasant brought his son and requested the Sage that his son also is allowed to live in the Ashram as his disciple. The next day the new disciple was caught red handed while trying to steal butter and milk from Sage’s kitchen and was brought before the Sage by his mates. They said,
“Oh Lord, we caught him while stealing. He is a sinner and has spoiled the atmosphere of this ashram. He is not fit to live in this sacred ashram and be thrown out”. The Sage smiled and said,
“My beloved students, the sacred responsibility of a teacher is to rectify the mistakes of his students and show them the right path in the life. Like you, he also should learn the ethics, values, morals and the importance of doing good deeds in life. It would be a big mistake if I send him away without teaching them. Allow him to stay in the ashram"

Abhay Kumar
I was really happy to be the part of AIMA seminar, which was conducted on 6-7 February on the theme," Transforming management education for sustainable tomorrow.
The seminar taught us that management education is not only important for corporate world but also it is equally important in every field like arts, social science, health, and every part of our life. It taught us how to exist in corporate in today’s world.
The seminar was really inspirational and we as students enjoyed it thoroughly. It also showed where we are standing now and what are the skills we lack while entering into the corporate field after we complete our studies. So we have to build up those skills and knowledge within this two year of time.
So thank you again for arrangement to attend the AIMA seminar
