Fee Structure for PGDM Programme 2012-14

  • All payment should be by due date through Demand Draft drawn in favour of “Sriram Business School” payable at “New Delhi”
  • The tuition fee includes contact classes and text books for core papers.
  • Certificate on ‘Supply Chain Management & Logistics’ conducted by CII
  • Certificate on ‘English Language Proficiency’ by British Council.  
  • Certificate on ‘Soft Skill & Personality Development’ by TUNE.
  • Yoga and Wellness Classes
  • Educational foreign tour in the second year.
  • One foreign language – French/German/Chinese
  • Industrial visits.
  • Branded utility laptop.
  • Business suit.
  • Hostel fee includes semi-furnished wi-fi enabled twin-sharing accommodation within campus, breakfast, lunch & dinner.

Progressive Scholarship Scheme
Sriram Group of Institutions, with a view to encourage meritorious students, has a unique Progressive Scholarship Scheme for their PGDM as well as MBA students. It is ‘Progressive’ because the continuance of the ‘scholarship’ in the second year would depend on their overall performance in the first year. Overall performance refers to their academic performance as well their discipline index in the Institute.

The details of the Scholarship Scheme are as follows:
Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum percentage in class XII   75% (any stream)
Minimum percentage in Graduation 75% (any stream)
Minimum percentile in CAT 75 percentile

Or
Minimum percentage in MAT/XAT/ATMA     - 85 %

Selection Procedure:

  • Eligible candidates will have to apply separately on the prescribed application form available with the Admissions Department.
  • Applications will be accepted only from ‘selected’ students.
  • The eligible applicants will have to face a ‘Scholarship Interview Board’.
  • Selected students would be intimated within a week of the interview.
  • The decision of the Board would be final and binding to all.

Scholarships Offered:

  • Tuition fee waiver of 100%   - Two(2) scholarships
  • Tuition fee waiver of 75%   - Three(3) scholarships

Note:

  • The scholarship would be given by way of tuition fee waiver only and there would be no re-imbursement allowed.
  • The scholarships hold good for both PGDM as well as MBA students seeking admission for the 2012-14 batch.
  • Students offered scholarships will not be allowed to withdraw from the course.
  • The scholarship scheme is progressive in nature and would be continued or withdrawn in the second year depending upon the overall performance of the student.

  Student Assistant-ship

To promote meritorious and needy students Sriram Group of Institutions has a unique ‘Student Assistant-ship Scheme’ for PGDM and MBA students. The assistant-ships are stipendiary in nature and would be offered to selected students for assisting the Institute in the following functional areas:

  • Assistant-ships in the IT Department – to assist in functions like website maintenance, promoting the Institute in social networking sites like Facebook, Linkedin etc, running blogs for the Institute, digital marketing etc.
  • Assistant-ships in the Knowledge Resource Centre – to assist in functions like collecting and collating business news items from financial newspapers and magazines, help faculty in research article search etc.
  • Assistant-ship in the Career Forward Department – to assist in functions like identifying potential corporate, corporate guest faculty facilitation, maintaining the Alumni Webpage and networking with them etc.

All students are eligible to apply for the Assistant-ships, however the selection will be based on merit, means(family income) and competencies. All applicants would have to face an Interview Panel and based on their performance in the interview, students will be selected.

Note:

  • The process of application would start after one month of the commencement of the programmes.
  • The scheme is applicable to both PGDM and MBA programmes.
  • The number of Assistant-ships can vary from 2 to 3 per functional area depending upon the requirement of the department.
  • Stipend, as decided by the Institute, would be paid by cheque for only those months for which the student is engaged.
  • All students would be entitled to a ‘Certificate of Appreciation’ by the Institute.
