MISSION

Imparting quality management and technical education in sync with industry requirements – The syllabi at SRIRAM has been developed keeping in mind the constantly changing industry requirements and is revised every year. The eminent team of academicians, working with us, believes in combining theory with practice and thus inputs from industry experts are incorporated within the syllabi.
Promoting inspirational and creative teaching methodology – Case studies, quizzes, live projects, research articles, interactive lectures, group discussions, group activities are all a part of teaching methodology in our Institute. Learning takes place at its best because inquisitive minds are not burdened with information, but provided with stimulating situations to make learning natural and simultaneous. Thus we ensure learning and not just transfer of information.
Nurturing an intellectually stimulating environment to ensure holistic development of the students – Students at SRIRAM are exposed to stimulating activities throughout the academic year. The annual management fest, ‘SANGATHAN’ plays host to a plethora of activities like debates, ad mad shows, extempore, skits, dumb charades, jam sessions etc. The sports and cultural committees along with various clubs managed by student representatives make sure that the campus is active all 365 days. Students are encouraged to participate, plan and organize events which ensure all-round development.
Encouraging Inter-disciplinary research and utilizing the outputs for innovative teaching - Research is given utmost importance and the teaching fraternity is provided all sorts of support to pursue research in their own respective fields along with team grants to encourage inter-disciplinary research. A bi- annual journal is published along with a quarterly Newsletter. The research outputs are integrated in the form of Case studies in class room teaching as well.
Developing strong linkages with the Industry and inviting them to share their practical expertise- Experts from the industry are invited to deliver guest lectures in the regular academic calendar and also in the form of key speakers in seminars and conferences. Industrial visits and tours are organized for the students to expose them to the working atmosphere of companies and industrial houses.
Evolving the Humanistic Model of Management Education- Management or technical education demands a very practical outlook in both theory and practice. Both Teaching and Learning however remain incomplete without taking into consideration certain values like honesty, integrity and kindness. Thus the management program at SRIRAM inculcates within its foundation the Humanistic approach to provide a wholesome and fulfilling appeal to learning.
