Management education, since its inception has focused on imparting knowledge to prepare industry–ready professionals. Even today this objective remains the same, only the challenge that it presents has become bigger. We at SRIRAM are keen to overcome these challenges and emerge as leaders in Management education. We are all aware that Businesses earlier followed very different, rather traditional models. The competition also was less as the customers had limited options to choose from. But now the scene has changed completely. The advent of 21stcentury has seen a sharp expansion in the boundaries of business. In this scenario, an effective management education system would be one, which has the capacity to evolve itself according to the current demands of the industry and provide working solutions to current business situations.

Keeping this in mind, the course content in SRIRAM is updated every year in sync with the industry requirements and since experiential learning is the need of the hour, special emphasis is laid upon providing a blend of theory and practice to the students. To ensure contemporariness in the pedagogy and provide current and fresh perspectives to SRIRAM faculty members, FDP’s are organized from time to time.

We at SRIRAM believe in Employability Skills enhancement and provide every student with ample opportunities and sufficient grooming to develop the skills required to effectively face the challenges of the job market.

Management today is not confined to businesses only and has a wider social and economic impact on individual lives, communities, societies and territories.  With a focus on socio-economic development and ethical business practices around the world, SRIRAM is trying to provide a new genre of business education with real considerations for the 21st century. This education is expected to produce professionals, who recognize the impact of business and management on people and the environment as well as understand their responsibility towards the society as a whole. All in all, SRIRAM is trying to ensure  , smooth transition of the student into a professional, keeping in mind the tenets of holistic and humanistic education.
