The past decade has witnessed a major paradigm shift in the delivery and administration of professional courses. From being just an instructor-based curriculum, professional courses have now become more student-centric and at the same time industry focused. The focus has widened from just conceptual knowledge to all round personality development and grooming. This shift has prompted innovative teaching-learning pedagogies which can ensure maximum enhancement of the personality. Learning through experience is also one of such recent innovations, which has become the norm of the day. SRIRAM has embraced this modern pedagogy, wherein the Teaching- Learning process is supplemented with practical exposure in the form of live projects, industrial visits, case discussions, role plays, debates and various other resource development activities.

Taking this foray one step further, activity based clubs keep running throughout the year.  These activity clubs, run by the students and with very little involvement of the faculty, provide students a platform to implement academic knowledge in simulated situations. The teaching fraternity is also provided with regular development opportunities in the form of interventions like FDP’s, Seminars and Conferences.
